Welcome to SafetyDriverTraining.org (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and educational content. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ?? Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to register for our courses.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. ? Course Access & Usage
- Course enrollment grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for personal, educational use.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials without written permission.
- Completion certificates are issued based on successful quiz and module completion.
3. ? Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe.
- Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change.
- Refunds are only issued if:
- You cancel within 48 hours of purchase and
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refund requests must be submitted via [Contact Form] with proof of purchase.
4. ? Legal Compliance
- SafetyDriverTraining.org complies with Zimbabwean road safety regulations and educational standards.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that course completion meets local licensing or certification requirements.
5. ? Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Data is used solely for course delivery, certification, and platform improvement.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
6. ? Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials or course materials with others
- Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform functionality
7. ? Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and course materials are the intellectual property of Safety Driver Training Zimbabwe.
- Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course in question.
9. ? Modifications
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
