With those words, spoken in the summer of 1968, a fellow photographer invited Tom Murray to a publicity shoot for an unnamed band. As it turned out, the band was The Beatles. The impromptu shoot that followed took Tom and the band on a mad dash around London. From two rolls of film Tom kept 23 negatives, which are considered the most important color photographs of the group from that period of
