18" Square Pillow InsertOur poly fill pillow inserts have a sewn hydrophobic liner. They are very durable for many years of use. (Our standard VPS Package pillows are 22" and take a 22" insert.) Measure from seam, across pillow, to opposite seam to get your approximate pillow size or contact us to see what you ordered previously.
